Who we are
Gila Valley AI is a local business run by Clifton McNeill. It helps small businesses in Safford, Thatcher, Pima, and nearby Gila Valley communities set up AI office assistants and related services. The website is gilavalleyai.com.

What we collect
- Check-up requests. If you fill out the free check-up form, we receive the answers you send: your name, business name, email, phone if you give one, how you want to be reached, town, type of business, and what you tell us about your office work. Please do not enter passwords, Social Security numbers, card or bank numbers, or sensitive customer records. We do not need those for a check-up.
- Messages you send. If you write or call through the contact options on this site, we keep what you chose to share so Clifton can reply.
- Client portal use. If you have a portal access code, the portal uses a signed session cookie so you stay signed in. Chat messages you send in the portal are used to answer your question.
- Technical logs. The site host may record standard request information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to run the site, apply rate limits, and keep it secure.
How we use it
- To prepare for your free check-up and to contact you the way you asked.
- To provide portal tools you were given access to.
- To keep the site working and to limit abuse (for example, too many requests in a short time).
We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to other companies so they can market to you.
Cookies
The public pages do not require an account. The client portal sets a signed, HttpOnly session cookie (__Host-gva_s) after you enter a valid access code. That cookie stays on your device for a limited time so you do not have to re-enter the code on every page. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How long we keep it
Check-up requests and messages are kept long enough for Clifton to follow up and to provide any service you later ask for, or longer if the law requires it. Portal session cookies expire on their own (sooner for master access, longer for everyday client access).
Sharing
The website and portal run on our hosting provider (Cloudflare). They process technical data needed to deliver the pages and functions. We do not share your check-up answers with other businesses for their own use.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a check-up request that is no longer needed. Call (928) 235-6336 or use the contact options on this website. If you asked to be contacted by text or email, you can tell us to stop.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and staff, not for children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
