AI assistant setup & training for Gila Valley small businesses
Run your office from your own AI assistants.
I set up AI assistants that fit how your business runs, on your accounts, and teach you and your staff to use them for email, scheduling, follow-ups, posts, and paperwork. Fewer separate apps to juggle, and you own and control your bots. I build mainly on Grok Bots, plus other AI tools where they fit, like Meta's Muse for Facebook and Instagram. You learn to run it yourself, and I'm a local phone call or email away when you need help. No website yet? I can set that up too.
- Local to Safford, Thatcher & Pima
- Your bots, your account
- I teach you to run it yourself
- Fixed prices, no surprises
- You approve before anything is sent
The idea
Your own AI assistants, instead of a pile of software
Every client gets their own AI assistants, set up to fit the way their business works. I set them up and teach you and your staff to run your office from them yourselves, instead of buying a separate app for every job.
Fewer apps and subscriptions
Email sorting, reminders, posts, documents, and research can run from your own bots, so you may not need a separate tool for each one. We look at what you pay for now on the free check-up.
You own and control them
Your bots live in your own account, connected to your own email, calendar, and Drive. You set the rules, you hold the passwords, and you can switch them off any time.
You learn to do it yourself
I don't just set things up and leave. I teach you and your staff, step by step, to give your bots new jobs on your own, and I'm here for support when you want it.
The tools I use
Grok Bots
My go-to for most office work: sorting email, drafting replies, scheduling, reminders, documents in Google Drive, research, and daily routines.
Meta's AI tools for Facebook & Instagram
For your Page and Instagram, I may also set up Meta's own AI tools, like Muse, which can look at what's working and draft posts and ad campaigns for your approval.
Other AI tools
If another tool fits a job better, I'll say so. I pick what fits your business, not what's trendy, and every account stays in your name.
How it works
Four simple steps
At your shop or over a video call, whatever's easier for you.
- Free AI check-up
20 minutes to find the two or three chores your bots could take on first. You get a short written list by email.
- Set up your AI assistants
On your own accounts, connected to your email, calendar, and Google Drive, with clear rules for what they can do.
- Learn to use them
Hands-on, step-by-step lessons for you and your staff, plus simple written notes, so you can run them yourselves.
- Optional monthly support
I keep your bots running and teach you new tricks as your business changes. See support plans
Free, no obligation
Start with a free 20-minute AI check-up
A quick, plain-English look at how your week actually runs, at your shop, by phone, or over video. No pitch deck, no jargon.
- We walk through where your hours go: email, quotes, follow-ups, scheduling, paperwork
- I point out the two or three chores your bots could handle first
- You get a short written list of those ideas by email, yours to keep whether or not you hire me
- If AI isn't a good fit for your business yet, I'll tell you straight
How to book: send a quick email with your business name and the chore that bugs you most. I'll reply to set a time.
Email to book my free check-upTakes about a minute. The email opens pre-filled with four quick questions.
Free quick audit, included
As part of the same free 20-minute check-up, I can take a quick look at one of these and send you a short fix list:
- Your websiteOutdated hours, broken links, missing contact info, how it looks on a phone
- Your Google listingHours, categories, photos, and description
- Your reviewsWhat customers praise, what they complain about, and which reviews still need a reply
- Your software billsApps you pay for, overlaps, and ones you may not need

You stay in charge: your bots draft, and you review and approve before anything is sent, posted, or paid. They don't make or take phone calls, and you decide exactly which accounts and files they can see. How much they help depends on your business and how you use them, and we'll talk honestly about that on the free check-up.
Who it's for
Built for busy owners who'd rather be working than typing
I'm starting with two kinds of Gila Valley businesses where the office work never stops.
Trades & contractors
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, landscapers, and builders.
- Reply to new job requests quickly, even from the truck
- Track quotes and nudge you to follow up
- Keep the schedule and supply list straight
- Draft invoices and payment reminders for you to send
Real estate
Agents, brokers, and property managers.
- Organize new leads and draft first replies
- Keep showings, closings, and deadlines on the calendar
- Draft listing descriptions and social posts
- Summarize long email threads so nothing slips
Run a different kind of shop? If you have an inbox and a to-do list, there's probably something your bots can take off your plate. Ask on the free check-up.
More ways I can help
No website yet? Starting a business from scratch?
Not every business is up and running with an inbox full of email. If you've been getting by without a website, or you're ready to start something new and want help, I can get you set up, with your own AI assistants working from day one.
Website setup
Don't have a website yet? I'll build a custom one for your business that tells people what you do, where you work, and how to reach you, then help you get the word out with a month of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
Website + Launch Marketing: $1,500 $1,000 founding client price for the first 10 local businesses. Add it to your AI assistant setup, or get it on its own. See what's included
- A mobile-friendly site with your services, service area, hours, and contact info
- Help with your web address and business email
- A contact form that sends new inquiries to your AI assistant, so leads don't sit
- A month of Facebook & Instagram posts, plus a local ad campaign I set up and manage for 30 days
Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta. You own the site and the web address, just like everything else we set up. I'll also show you how your bots can help draft posts and keep the site up to date. Want help after launch? See the monthly plans.
Business launch, from scratch
Want to start a business but not sure where to begin? I'll help you get set up from the ground up, with your own AI assistants handling office work from day one, so you're not stuck doing it all by hand or buying a stack of software.
- Help getting set up: business name, website, email, and phone
- Your Google Business Profile, set up so people can find you
- Your own AI assistants, set up and ready on day one
- Bot routines for quotes, invoices, reminders, and follow-ups
- Hands-on training so you can run it all from your bots yourself
Business Launch package: from $2,500. Quoted after a free check-up, since every new business is different. See bundles
I'm not a lawyer or an accountant. For registrations, licenses, and taxes, I'll help you get organized and know what to ask the right professional.
How pricing works: websites are a fixed price with the Website + Launch Marketing package: $1,500, or $1,000 for my first 10 local founding clients (ad spend is paid separately, directly to Meta). After launch, monthly marketing and website care start at $50/month. The Business Launch package starts at $2,500. Every new business is a little different, so we start with the free 20-minute check-up, and you'll get a clear, fixed quote before any work begins. Combining AI assistant setup with a website? Save $250.
What it could look like
A day with your bots
Two example days showing the kind of work your bots can take on. These are made-up scenarios, not client stories. Yours gets shaped around how you already work.
A plumbing or HVAC shop
- 6:30 amA short morning rundown lands in your inbox: today's jobs, two new requests from overnight, and one quote that's been sitting for a week.
- 7:15 amDraft replies to the new requests are waiting. You tweak one word from the truck and hit send.
- NoonA reminder pops up: "Follow up with the Thatcher water-heater quote?" with a friendly follow-up already drafted.
- 4:30 pmFinished jobs get invoice drafts and a payment-reminder email for you to review.
- EveningA thank-you reply to your newest Google review is drafted in your voice. You're home for dinner.
A real estate agent
- 7:00 amYour day at a glance: two showings, an inspection deadline, and three new leads sorted by what they asked about.
- 8:00 amA first reply to each new lead is drafted and waiting for your OK, so nobody waits until tonight.
- 11:00 amA 40-message email thread with a lender and title company gets boiled down to the three things you need to do.
- 2:00 pmNotes from a walkthrough become a first-draft listing description and a Facebook post for you to edit.
- FridayA reminder lists every closing date and contingency coming up next week.
Time-back calculator
How much time could you get back?
Plug in your own numbers. It's a rough, back-of-the-napkin estimate, not a promise. We can go over real numbers together on the free check-up.

Doing it yourself vs. doing it with me
| Topic | Figuring out AI on your own | With Gila Valley AI |
|---|---|---|
| Getting set up | Evenings of trial and error, videos, and sign-up screens | Set up with you, at your shop or over video |
| What to hand off | Guessing which tools and tasks are worth it | We pick the 2 or 3 chores that eat your week |
| Connected to your work | A chat window you copy and paste into | Your bots, hooked up to your email, calendar, and Drive |
| Your software | A separate app and subscription for each job | More of those jobs run from your own AI assistants |
| Your staff | Everyone learns (or doesn't) on their own | Step-by-step training so the whole crew can use the bots |
| When something's off | Search forums and hope | A local person to ask, plus optional monthly help |
A good fit if…
- You (or your office person) spend hours a week on email and follow-ups
- Quotes, leads, or reminders sometimes slip through the cracks
- You'd like to run more of your office from one place, without becoming a "tech person"
Probably not a fit if…
- You already have an IT team running AI tools you're happy with
- You need custom software built from scratch
- You want something that runs your business with no review from you
My promise to you: if our first session doesn't feel useful, tell me. I'd rather hear it right away and figure out together how to make it worth your time, or call it there.

Privacy & control
Your business, your data, your call
Handing your bots your inbox is a big deal. Here's how I set things up so you stay in charge.
Your accounts, your bots
Your bots live in your own account, in your name. You hold the passwords, and you can change them or switch your bots off at any time.
You approve first
Your bots draft, and you review and approve before anything is sent. You set the rules for what they can do.
Only what it needs
We decide together what it can see. My advice: keep sensitive records like Social Security numbers and bank logins out of it.
No lock-in
No long contracts. What we build stays with you, and I teach you how it works so you're never stuck needing me.

About Clifton
Hi, I'm Clifton McNeill
I live and work here in the Gila Valley, and I build and run AI assistants every day, mostly Grok Bots. Right now about 40 of them handle reminders, scheduling, email, research, and writing for my own businesses and projects. I know how to turn a messy, repetitive process into something an AI handles reliably, and I've already made the mistakes, so you don't have to.
My goal is to teach you to do the same: run more of your office from your own bots, and add new jobs yourself as you go, with me here for support when you want it. I keep things simple, honest, and private. You own your accounts, and you can say no to anything.
Questions
Common questions
Which AI tools do you use?
Mainly Grok Bots: AI assistants you own, set up in your own account and connected to your own email, calendar, and Google Drive, that handle everyday office tasks and follow the rules you give them. For Facebook and Instagram, I may also set up Meta's own AI tools, like Muse, which can connect to your Page, Instagram, and ad account to see what's working and draft posts and campaigns for your approval. If another AI tool fits a job better, I'll tell you. These tools don't all plug into each other, so I set them up to work side by side on your accounts, and I teach you how to use each one.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send an email or a text, you can use your bots. I teach you and your staff step by step, in plain English, and leave you with simple written notes.
Will my bots send emails without me knowing?
No. Your bots draft replies and posts for you to read, and you approve before anything is sent. You set the rules for what they can do.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Your bots are set up on your own accounts, and you can change passwords or switch them off at any time.
Is my information safe?
Your bots live in your own account, not mine. You control what they can see and do, and we decide together which accounts to connect. They draft, and you approve before anything is sent. My advice: keep sensitive records like Social Security numbers and bank logins out of them.
What does it cost to run?
Your AI tools run on subscriptions you pay directly to each provider, not to me, such as your Grok/X subscription. Some tools, like Meta's Muse, can be used free with limits. Plans and prices change, so check each provider's current pricing; we'll go over the options on the free check-up so there are no surprises. My setup, training, and support fees are separate and listed above.
What's the difference between the packages?
The $175 AI Jumpstart is a 90-minute session where we set up your first AI assistant together, and it's credited toward the Starter if you book within 30 days. The $1,000 Starter is 5 hours with me: your first AI assistants, your first two or three bot routines, hands-on training, and your first month of Keep It Running support free. Office Autopilot ($2,250) is a team of bots with 5 to 6 routines across email, scheduling, customer replies, reminders, and admin, with staff training and 1 month of Support included. Just need one new job for your bot? Routines and skills are $300 each, or 3 for $750. Hourly help is $150/hour, or $450 for a 3-hour block.
Do I need monthly support?
No, it's optional. The goal is for you to run your bots yourself. Support is there if you want me to keep them running and teach you new tricks. Plans start at $129/month (Keep It Running), with Support at $249/month and AI Partner at $499/month. All are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Compare support plans.
What happens on the free AI check-up?
About 20 minutes of talking through how your week runs. I'll point out the chores your bots could take on first, then send you a short list by email. No pressure to buy anything.
What if AI isn't worth it for my business?
Then I'll say so on the check-up. Not every business needs this right now, and I'd rather be honest than sell you something you won't use.
Will it replace my office staff?
That's not the goal. I teach your staff to use the bots too, so the copy-and-paste, reminder, and first-draft work comes off their plate and they can spend more time on customers.
Can you build a website for my business?
Yes. My Website + Launch Marketing package is regularly $1,500, and $1,000 for my first 10 local founding clients, in exchange for a short testimonial. I build a custom, mobile-friendly site with your services, area, hours, and contact info, help with your web address and business email, and add a contact form that sends inquiries to your AI assistant. I'll also show you how your bots can help draft posts and keep the site up to date. It also includes a month of Facebook and Instagram marketing: setting up your Page and business profile if needed, a month of posts, and a local ad campaign I set up and manage for 30 days, with a simple results summary at the end. The site is up to 5 pages with 2 rounds of revisions. Payment is $500 to start and $500 at launch, before ads go live. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta, and we'll pick a budget together. I can't promise a certain number of customers, but you'll see exactly what your ads did. Add it to your AI assistant setup and save $250, or get it on its own.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and billed in advance. If you want to stop, just give me 30 days' notice.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is always separate. You pay Meta (Facebook/Instagram) directly from your own ad account, so you can see exactly what you spend. I recommend starting around $5 to $10 a day.
What happens after my website launches?
You can keep it simple with Website Care ($50/month for hosting, security, backups, and small fixes), or add a monthly marketing plan starting at $300/month. Website Care is included free with any marketing plan. See the monthly plans.
I want to start a business. Can you help me get set up?
Yes. My Business Launch package starts at $2,500 and covers your website, Google Business Profile, business email and phone, and your bots set up from day one to help handle your office work, with training so you can run them yourself. Every new business is different, so I'll give you a fixed quote after a free check-up. I'm not a lawyer or an accountant, so for registrations, licenses, and taxes I'll help you get organized and know who to ask.
Are you part of xAI, X, or Meta?
No. Gila Valley AI is an independent local business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by xAI, X, Meta, or any AI provider. I set up and teach AI tools on your own accounts.
Do you come to us?
Yes, anywhere in Safford, Thatcher, Pima, and the surrounding area. Video calls work too.
